Been wanting to expand into making custom silicone toys, and was wondering if anyone on the Tribe has any advice, tips or tricks.
I'm most interested in specific details...different grades of RTV silicone, advantages and disadvantages of Platinum catalyst vs. Tin cat. silicone, colorization details, what are the best mold making materials, etc...
(OK, I confess, part of my motive is because I halfway want to give all my ex's a custom dildo molded from my enormous manhood to remember me by)

Fri, September 28, 2007 - 1:05 AMyeah, but my interest goes far beyond my joking... I want to be able to produce custom cast silicone elements for some of my products, such as gags. I'm somewhat familiar with flexible casting from doing latex special effects, but was curious if anyone on the Tribe had experience with some of the differences involved with doing silicone casting.
