Wed, August 19, 2009 - 12:32 PMYes, of course. We call them Catherine Wheels here, but they are really easy to make. He used a part of a car wheel (I think that's what he said) and so it had a brake assembly that he used to fix it in place. The rest was wood.

make the wheel of wood 2 X 6 and made a metal tripod with a bearing to except the shaft on the back of the wheel. used 8 point seat restraints to tie the person on it and ended up having to put a center shaft to keep them from sliding to much -
